Updates have been made to the lists attached to the Regulation on prior notification of transactions of medicines out of the country.
The list of medicines that require prior notification by the wholesale distributor to INFARMED – National Authority of Medicines and Health Products – Regulatory Agency of Portugal, I.P. before being exported or distributed to other Member States of the European Union has been updated. The list includes the specific medicines and their respective quantities. (Deliberation no. 038/CD/2023). Read more about it
