Cofepris, Mexico’s regulatory agency, authorizes new influenza vaccine for seniors, plus 165 new health supplies. Of the more than one hundred new health registrations, 14 correspond to medicines, of which two new molecules stand out: a high-dose tetravalent anti-influenza vaccine subtypes A and B for people over 65 years of age, and a platelet antiaggregant.
Seven clinical trials were also authorized; of these, two are for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus and one for chronic renal transplant rejection. Read more here
