Cosmetic product labels in Portugal have changed

Regulation (EU) No. 2023/1545 adds 56 new components to the list of mandatory allergenic fragrances on labeling. Companies must mention concentrations of more than 0.001% in non-rinse products and 0.01% in rinse products. The regulation also updates nomenclatures and removes some entries in Annex III.
