FDA debuts ingredient directory for dietary supplements
The US FDA has updated and renamed its Ingredient Directory to ‘Information on Selected Dietary Supplement Ingredients and Other Substances’, based on feedback from stakeholders.
The updates include new categories to classify FDA actions or communications by ingredient, dates of inclusion in the directory and simplification of the introductory text.
